Pomegranate that I started from seed in 2019. Here’s what it looked like in May of this year:

Repotted it into a smaller container, changed the planting angle, and gave it a trim today.

Why is it planted so far to the edge of the pot?

There was a significant change in the planting angle, necessitating quite a bit of rootwork on one side and not on the other side. (It's also in a smaller pot). So, it's planted a bit wonky for now because of where the remaining root mass is. I'll shift it over a bit on the next repotting.
