We have a species of Lycium here (I think it may be pallidum). I have some nice ones on my land. I was planning on collecting them, until I saw a particularly nice, large specimen drop a major branch for no apparent reason. Is this your first experience with it? Keep us posted!
SWEET glaze on those!!!
meow, kitty got claws!!!
Are there thorns on some of that hard growth in the "crown"?
Awesome.
Masochistic crop of thorns! Are you NUTS?
How are these best cared for? I grew a couple of these from seed and they are about a year old now. I like the small leaves and rough light colored bark. However, I live in a rainy valley on Oahu and worry that it may be too humid here so I try not to water them very often. Any tips on a good soil mix for them?
