I Trying to identify the maker's mark on these scissors I appreciate any help

I’m a blacksmith and engraver. Looking at the marks it looks like one of those cheap engravers that stipple was used. It could be initials from the owner. I don’t see professionals use those engravers. We cut and remove metal or use steel stamps to mark out work. Usually you see that hard stipple marks used by the owner to initial their tools.
