It got pretty windy last night and blew a few of my trees over. I found one little procumbens nana that had somehow been blown clear out of its little 1x1 nursery pot (are 1x1 square plastic pots considered nursery pots?) and was sitting on the ground naked. Decided it was as good a time as any to get it into a bonsai pot.
This was one of four that I picked up a few months back, all in the same size pots - presumably they were cuttings struck at the same time. Here's a shot of one that I haven't yet styled to give you a sense of how little soil has been removed. No real root pruning either, just kinda stuffed it all into the little bonsai pot.
