Haha!!
Is this complete foolery?

So after manically buying a dozen dwarf Alberta Spruce trees.,

I thought maybe I’d bag em for extra protection?
Is this have any benefits?
I might add they are all on top of a heated cold frame to 38°
They have been “cleaned”to different levels. A couple have been manhandled and will surely bite it.
4 of them I left alone/untouched.

Any merit to this effort? Or just counterproductive?
I might add that it is currently 4° outside and looks like this.86526567-7EA4-4CC8-B4A2-CD5083A35CE1.jpeg
Thanks! 👍

I think they would be more comfortable outside nestled in that snow.
Seriously! It is a zone 2 plant. That is zone 2 in the landscape, 40 below.. Mine sat right on the bench at -14 degrees and loved it.

Possibly counter productive, certainly uneccesary.

I've had Dem trimmed to right naked and make it thru way worse winter then this.
You'll be fine.

Thanks y’all. I think walking by them everyday in the garage is/was not helping. Unnecessary worries.
Just got 6” of fresh snow to blanket them in there proper place outside. Nature to nurture
