Mealy bugs on indoor ficus - help

What do you recommend to treat the tree ? I got a Bayer insecticidal soap

I use neem oil on my plants, whether it is orchids, succulents or other house plants. Just mix up a small amount in a spray bottle and spray the little bugs.

I purchased Infuse and Neem oil. I'm also going to clean them off first.
