Big bonanza. I got the shears I asked my brother for, plus a gift card for Superfly Bonsai. My sister got me a bonsai tool kit with lots of fun stuff. I got shiny stuff from my husband, but I like shiny stuff too..😉

Me enjoying the new chairs and table my girls gifted me with. Coffee tastes great and 45f with a jacket is fantastic.

My wife and in-laws were very generous, as always. I am not sure what I did to deserve them. Even a blind dog finds a bone sometimes, I suppose?

Wire, shohin turntable, some hand carving tools, soil screens, work gloves (new benches this year!) and a gift card to Superfly which is going to turn into a new pair of root cutters! 😁

I don't think anyone thought it was really big scissors! Lol!

Do you know how old they are?

Can't wait for those updates!

Sorce

Morning Sorce,

I can share an estimated time range of the pots
The first 4 are Nakawatari pots - Chinese antique pots all at at least 110+ years in age

For Christmas, I bought myself two signed Yammaki pots and a Ryugaku pot for some of my oaks that are finally ready to move out of training pots and into something more formal.
