Just recieved a ficus that I ordered from them.
The tree was the same one I saw pictured on their site. I ordered it over the phone.
Shipped from Miami on Monday afternoon.
Arrived my office on Long Island, NY today (Thursday) at noon.
The was well packed in peanuts and the pot itself was wrapped in bubble wrap.
The heat pack they had put in the bottom of the box was still very slightly warm.
All in all a very positive experience and I would order from them again.
