Like I mentioned before I'm selling starters. The hackberries are a bit bigger than starts, they are quart size. I have increased my offerings just a bit. Here is what I have for now and the prices. They will be higher on ebay and will likely go fast so if you want to try something you don't have, send me a private message and we will set it up.

Azalea Kurume 'Coral Bells' $8.00
Celtis occidentalis (Western Hackberry) $10.00
Cotoneaster microphyllus 'Thymifolius' $8.00
Ebony Flame Crapemyrtle Lagerstroemia x 'Ebony Flame' $8.00
Ulmus parvifolia 'Seiju' $8.00

They will be ready to ship next week.

I just had an idea. Let's raise the price $.50 and I will donate $1.00 per plant back to the Nut House Maintenance. So:

Azalea Kurume 'Coral Bells' $8.50
Celtis occidentalis (Western Hackberry) $10.50
Cotoneaster microphyllus 'Thymifolius' $8.50
Ebony Flame Crapemyrtle Lagerstroemia x 'Ebony Flame' $8.50
Ulmus parvifolia 'Seiju' $8.50

I'll post pics as soon as I have them here. Most of the stuff is still dormate but I have, in the past, delayed shipping till a person was ready. I'd be happy to do that agsin.

Are these cuttings?

Careful with the CM named varieties! A lot of them are "copyrighted"! If you are going to propagate them and offer them for sale, I'd just be real general "Crape Myrtle- pink blooms"... Or something like that! ;)
Just saying... I am sure many here could tell you I am far from the "copyright police" personally, I just want you to know many are in this hobby and they seem to get a kick out of calling people out, reporting them or trying to generally stir ish up at any opportunity!

You interested in trades? I'd prolly offer up a Pyracantha or JM for a Seiju...

@Eric Group Nope not cuttings and I paid the licence fee for these. They are accurately named you can read about them here:

http://www.ars.usda.gov/SP2UserFiles/Place/60620500/CrapeMyrtle_ReleaseNotices.pdf

Seems like it will be a pretty neat variety. Dark almost black leaves with red flowers.

Mama dint rase no fool Eric!

Don't think so. The main draw on these is the nearly black leaves. I guess it's quite a contrast with the flowers.
I think I have one planted in the landscape in my front yard, that is why I was asking... I don't know what the name of the cultivar is that I have, but it looks just like that!

This thread title already is watch- list worthy too!

Good thing the guy at the desk is like..."copyrighted plants, bullshit."

Or the computer....
"Fuck No humans, stupid sons a bitches, you don't copyright plants!"

Where are the "Jesus People" for this bit of sacrilege?

Could a kept that shorter.

Sorce

Technically, Eric is talking about patents, not copyright.

You can patent a plant, although those patents don't last long and many are in the public domain.
