Mix two different fertilizers?

Hi,
Is it possible to use two different fertilizers?
I normally use a liquid growth fertilizer without micronutrients, but now my trees show sign that they lack these, and i want to supply with one that has these micronutrients. Is this a no-go?

If not: should i mix the two fluids or shift between the two. One feeding with normal, the next with micronutrients and so on...

I’d alternate rather than mixing.

i alternate through the season, slow release pellets, tomatoe feed, miracle gro. fish, sea weed.
