Hi, does anyone have tricks to prevent moldy soil besides pesticides. Most of the soil I use ( natural and store bought) molds. And I don't think I'm over watering the soil.

Pesticides wouldn’t help mold..

What is the composition of the soil?

Can you take some pics of the soil/mold?

If the soil is built-up of natural/organic components... where are the containers being kept?

If you've truly got moldy soil, there's probably too much organics in the mix... and it's probably retaining way too much moisture to boot. Reduce or remove the organic content of your soil and you should be good.

Organic granule fertilizers are a major cause of mold but it generally is not an issue unless your mix is holding too much moisture.
