Mould on hardwood cuttings

Cuttings update:

They dont seem as turgid as they should be though the lid is on all day except for 2 minutes when I airate them and they get excess water daily. (it drains well)
I dont know if the light green color is something to be concerned about in terms of nutrient deficiency.
And there is a bit of some kind of blight on some of the leaves.

I also added a pic of a seijuu cutting that has produced huge amounts of callus, maybe even roots by now, dunno.

Thoughts?

Complete failure. Wont take dormant cuttings again
