Here's the trees for sale, PM me if interested. I may be adding one more in a few days. These should work in all browsers except chrome. Some can be shipped others can't, I'll be driving from NY to the west coast next month and if you're on route I can deliver it to your door.

Ponderosa Pine 150+ years oldcollected by Andy Smith great shari on this trunk. The best i've ever seen in person. Collected in 2011 or 2012 I lost the card.

Summer of 2013 http://www.flickr.com/photos/shadeandshadows/9595868114/in/photostream

This trees been doing great here's 2 video's it's one of my 2 favorite project trees.
Note the longer needles and the improved condition in summer 2013. Next year my plan is to begin needle reduction techniques by terminal bud pinching in the fall. I would also try grafting mikawa black pine to it as I prefer the needle color and size.

Ponderosa Pine 50-75 years oldCollected by Andy Smith this year.

This spring I gave it it's first potting and sprayed what mountain dirt I could off the root ball. 2015 I plan to repot it again and based on the amount of new feeder roots i'd either work all of the dirt off the collected rootball or 50% of it. It's buds expanded and opened strongly this year, it has an excellent green color and seems very happy.

Boulevard Cypress from Telperion farms

I removed it from it's nursery pot this year and changed the planting angle drastically. I also wired the larger branches this year to create better movement in the trunk. I also removed any remaining dirt and got it into a inorganic mix. This tree has great radial Nebari burried below the soil line. It has a chop on one side that needs to be cut back to the trunkline next year. This will be an awesome tree.

Old Ilex Serrata An old Ilex Serrata with a awesome deadwood trunk going the entire way up.

The deadwoods been treated with inked lime sulfer and wood hardener although I do plan to carve it further in the future for now my plan is to refine the branching. This year it was moved out of a very overgrown Anderson flat into a oversized bonsai pot. I did significant root work despite that it's been one of my strongest growing trees this year despite it. It has awesome radial nebari just beneath the soil line. It has small pink flowers and developing berries on it. I've continuously wired throughout the season as Ilex wood is very brittle and needs to be wired down early to prevent breaks.

Scots Pine Field grown by Telperion farms this is a beast of a pine. It has a really great lean to it and strong powerful radial nebari burried a bit.

There's a large chop which needs to either be carved or cut back to the trunk next year. This year all I did was bare root most of the root ball and repot it into an inorganic mix. It's been growing well this year candles have opened but have further to elongate due to the cool summer it's a bit behind. Chris did the hard work growing the trunk, I think this will turn into an amazing show worthy tree in the right hands. I don't plan to do any work on this tree other then selecting appropriate leaders and removing dead leaders till next fall.

Winter Jasmine 3 available. These are little guys, you can fit them into the palm of your hand. But they've been projects of mine for the last 3 years. I'm still working on the trunks, they take forever to thicken whether or not their in the ground. Great movement in them so far. I plan to slip pot them up this fall, and then replace their soil next year. They've been in these little pots for the past 2 years. Beautiful bright yellow flowers on bare branches in late winter. Hard to come by as well.

Zushio 5 Needle Pine Cutting grown by Julian Adams. I put some movement into the trunk this year. Has good branching and is ready to be styled. Although if I was keeping it I'd wire the main branches but let some sacrifices grow. Then up-pot it in spring 2015 and let the trunk thicken further.

Arctic Willow Ground grown at telperion farms. One of the few trees that hasn't thrived in my climate, I don't think our winters are cold enough. This unstyled tree didn't do well after a repot in 2012 and I lost a major top branch, I managed to bring it back into health this year. It's vigorous again and I chopped it back just before taking this picture. It's got a nice little sumo trunk with great perfect radial nebari. The best way to style these i've found is by putting small weights on the tips of the branches and letting them weep. This gives them the big willow tree look. Paperclips work well, branches do not thicken quickly.

Oriental Bittersweet "Tsuru Ume-Modoki" If you aren't familiar with this plant it's considered an invasive plant in many states. Definitely should never be planted in the ground. I dug these out of my dads yard back in 2003 and have been caring for them since. The one in the burgundy pot with the twisted root is mostly male as it will get one or two berries a year, the one in the black pot is a female as it will be covered with berries by the fall if you don't pick them off. I let them develop berries every 2 years this is an off year so no berries. The pots are antique tokoname. The berries are awesome, they start out a bright yellow then burst open to show red berries with yellow petals.

A English Hawthorn, grown by a well known bonsai artist out west. In one of the more elegant sky blue Horst Heinzlreiter pots i've seen. It had a bout with fungus early summer this year so I defoliated, it's come back strong and has been healthy ever since. Although I doubt it will fill out as much as it was in this early spring picture this year. It has great aged rugged cracked bark, and some old preserved deadwood and shari on one of the bends of the trunk. It gets the cutest little oval/round red berries in the fall and is covered in fragrant white blossoms in the spring. This is one of my two favorite trees in my collection and as such is in an expensive pot and is priced higher then the rest of the trees on here. If your serious about buying it I will deliver it to your door as I travel across the country. This tree is too large and in too heavy a pot to ship saftely. If your interested though and you can provide it a good home then that's great. You won't see another hawthorn with character like this in the US. I have several videos of this tree as well for those interested PM me. Dimensions of this one are 19 inches by 20 inches tall by 20.25 wide.

Which one did you mean the hawthorn if so yes it's still available?

The winter jasmines disappeared as fast as a bowl full of M&M's they're the only ones not available perhaps they're almost as popular as red chojubai.

The winter jasmine actually would've done ok here. I've had one for about 10 years now . Sorry I didn't see this earlier.

Sorry for slightly off topic, but how do you winter your winter jasamines? I was sold one as a tropical a few years ago and wonder if I should leave mine out this year or at least move it to an unseated shed.
