The crossing roots on the middle trunk, I would get rid of one of the two. the root that crosses from left to right is the one that catches my eye, should probably go. At least that is my taste.
Agreed, it's straight and crossing, both negatives. I wonder if I could reposition though.

A straight aerial root isn't a negative. On a life-sized banyan, aerials are so heavy that they often grow straight down. If you're after a miniature version of a real tree (you may not be and that's okay), it's the curved aerial that's a little unusual.
