...but he won’t say a WORD.

I’m VERY fond of begonia.. and have had this one for a little bit.

When I started thinking up potential pot/planter ideas for it, I decided that it was “time” to document this.. and ANY other Begonia project I deem fit for analysis.

Agreed.

I liked the cover.. until the new “bridge”...

Don’t get me wrong.. “the bridge” had it’s merits.. but it’s not HIS place to insert.. like drawing a toungue and blotter on the mona lisa.

Just curious as to your take.. I know a few deadheads.. I’m a huge fan.. not a head.

I'll have to relisten to the bridge later today.

You only get into the club if you have a GD tattoo. Lol!

I only get “basement tattoos” it’s a matter of principle..

My basement tattoo artists FATHER is one of those aforementioned dead heads.... sporting a basement GD tatt.

(Grateful Dead... gotta clarify.. mixed messages of THIS sort aren’t great)

I love the sublime version, love the original as well.

Here’s my tiny tiny begonia (my smallest plant in a pot) in a handmade pot, looking up at a shohin schefflera

At first I was like NICE!... but i think that’s a Schefflera...

Took me a second.

Do they dry out those little pots quick?

At first it was kept outside in a shaded spot, but still was too much for such a small pot. Now he rests on a window seal next to a cpl other mame size plants. Still have to water once a day but outside it was like 3x a day

I can imagine! This guy needs twice a day at very least (Outdoors)... such a fine root system.. it’s good to see that the leaves are somewhat manageable with “smaller sandals”

Got my Begonia Dregei... i’ve wanted one for quite some time...

I ended up snapping that longer left branch while attempting to fasten a “guy wire” to the pot.. bumped it hard with my knuckle.. the branch didn’t even MAKE it to wiring.. so after that.. i figured nothing else would REALLY need to be set at this time.. so now just time to watch her grow. 🤓CB6934CC-AE4D-45CD-86B1-CA6B92D7318F.jpegE82915AB-5057-4609-A547-D788BB9DAF58.jpeg0046DBDE-6BD8-4FFD-BFEB-6F48C4E76068.jpeg7E8224F6-BF57-4431-8C69-B678D579B8C9.jpegB090ECF4-7AC5-4D70-BFD3-6774DF861356.jpeg881DB588-BFD8-44E2-892E-AC3C6963011B.jpegF0C01F26-AC48-43EB-BD42-0759D79DEDE4.jpeg79EAEE0E-AF3C-4F23-A74B-41D695781E9A.jpeg
