Ficus Retusa
Pictured bellow the day I acquired about a year and a half ago. One of the first few trees I started with.
I call it the penis tree given its rather phallic looking scars, which I decided was going to be the back of the tree no matter what!

Here is the front as of today.

Willow Ficus
Picked this up a year and a half ago at Kimura Bonsai. Its a fun little tree to work on and very hardy.
Hasn't acted up on me much and I've been a noob with her here and there.

Woah- those 3D shots are making me dizzy. I’ve had some rum.
I think you have done a nice job on both of them.
I might remove the lowest shoot on the willow but other than that they look great. Very healthy too. Nice work.
Edit - matter of fact I like them a lot.

LOL! I thought the same thing [minus the rum, add beer (coffee stout of course)].

Very good job on the first ficus. You’ve made a nice apex where there wasn’t one before.

I haven’t had any rum, and it’s making me dizzy too. Maybe if the picture rotation were a little slower it would help with the dizziness factor.

Yeah that branch is just growing out for now. I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it for thickening the trunk, or develop it into a branch.

I would like to see the angle of the tree when it’s not spinning so fast. How tall is it? - the willow leaf.

Here is a current still shot of my little willow. I think its around 7" tall from the top of the pot. The leafs reach about 1" long.
Love this little tree.

Picked up another little willow ficus and chopped/repot a bit ago.

Nice work! My favorite is the defoliated tiger bark 1.
I’ve been reluctant to do a full defoliation on my benjaminas. Any dieback?

I love the color of the pot!
I can’t see the tree. Time to snip some openings to view the trunk.
