Got this Chinese Juniper (Montana Moss) from a local nursery a few days ago

Today I got my wires from Amazon and started playing with it. This is what I did so far...

The only part I didnt wire are the fine twigs. I bend and twisted the trunk (taper is turned to 180. I'll be getting my concave cutter tomorrow and ill clean up the branch cuts.

My future plan is probably create a jin at the apex and maybe a shari following the trunk twist.

The hardest part in my opinion is deciding which branch to cut. ohh and removing old needles (those suckers are sharp ).

How I do? Comment/Advice welcome thanks.

Looks like a neat and effective wiring job. Well done.
The subtle bends in the branches echo the bends in the trunk which is something that most beginners miss.
Now it's just a matter of letting it recover and grow back before making another assault and further refinement.
Unfortunately bonsai is not something that can be achieved in a single session. We need to spend years gradually improving to get a really good bonsai from a good start.

Thank you. Appreciate your insight.

It is my intent to let it be for now and let it recover from stress. I'll probably repot it next season.
