If you just repotted it this spring, nothing more to do this year. In late summer or autumn, consider wiring branches, bring them down, the lowest should be near horizontal, if you like you can bring them below horizontal. You can keep them above horizontal, it is a style choice. Be careful, hinoki branches tear away from the trunk easily when wiring.

Yeah the only thing I did was repot into bigger pot, it came in a 4". I also snipped out any brown interior foliage and figured I'd leave it till end of summer fall. I have a 3 juniper's that will also need wire at that time so I'll just wire them all then.
