I transplanted this hibiscus this morning. I did not transplant it for 10 years. A lot of rootbound!
Because it is too big and heavy, I had to use Hoyer lift and hydraulic cart to help me.

It has been really hot in my area for 2 days.
I have to place wisteria pots into the basin filled up with tap water . The reason is that wisteria leaves are big and not shiny, which may easily cause dehydration for the tree through the leaf surface evaporation

I pruned these two cork elms this morning.
They were root cuttings 5-6 years ago.

I recognized that wherever the cork elm pot was placed long enough to have its roots escaped into the ground, there is a new tree coming up from the ground after the pot was moved to other area.

It is too hot in my area nowadays. I do this experiment this year. These pots have been placed into the water basins, I added liquid fertilizer into the water, so that the trees can continuously absorb the nutrients and water from the basins. Let see what the result is.
