Looking to pick this tree up but no indication on cultivar. Any cherry experts hear or thoughts from this image on what it may be? Worth the risk?

Based on the provided image I'm pretty certain it's a Blank Cherry cultivar.

That's actually a cool piece of material! I'm not sure what it is, best Google Lens guess is chokecherry

I would get it if the price is right and chop that leader to make a nice compact plant

Looks like a commercial greenhouse, I'd ask someone to look up the botanical name for you. If they are unwilling, don't bother buying it. It does look like genus Prunus from the photo, but really it could be anything. You want to know what kind of cherry. It does matter, especially if the price exceeds "cheap".
