At first look it appears to be a Weeping Willow. I must say it looks a little to correct and could be an artificial. It also could just be the lighting for that picture makes it look as it does. Do you have the link for that picture?

A whole new world to discover...

So I go to get the mail...and find myself down at our other propery...looking at the first 6 inches of trunks...I have old rhodies...lilac...flowering almond. Then...cast my eyes to the weeping willow leaning over the lake...focusing at branches that have some character to them and are a good thickness.

This can be a mind consuming addiction if one isn't to careful!

Concave trimmer is so on my list to pick up. I want nice scar healing to anything I must prune. Read it in a book...that it can make or break a bonsai...the scaring.
