I’m new to Bonsi Trees and started from scratch buying seeds and all materials needed, been doing good thus far ! I got some sprouts after a month and grew about to 3” or so! I separated them and repotted them, I think I “shocked” them to much and now there is some light white growing on top, possibly “mound”? any tips? There still green and I am still keeping them moist and non in-direct sun light, I take them outside for a few hours daily as well, I live in Florida? If that helps lol

Those pine seedlings are dead.
Next time, keep them outdoors and protect them from critters.

Pine seedlings in general don't need a repot for the first two years.
