New Fukion. Dropping green and dry leaves. Some kind of potting mix soil? Moss and rocks on top. Stays wetish. Shock? Repot in tropical soil?

Thank you all.

I will take the stuff off the top of the soil.

It does have a hole. (But nothing comes out, even when wet. I think the soil is too dense)
I will leave it be to adjust for now and repot in the spring.
Where ya located @Lisai?

What are you gonna do with the Dream stone? I was thinking of Christmas ornament, or could make a three word different medium vertical stack of things on a piece of wood. Like...but a dream...or something

If this tree doesn’t have drainage it will not make it to spring.

Perhaps put it in the sink with the water running, get something like a chopstick or skewer, and get to conservatively stabbing from below (I can’t imagine this being pot bound, nothings shocking) until you have achieved not-in-a-bowl, rather in a breathing pot.

ALS0, you could lower that light or raise the plant to inches away.

In this situation I’ve used a chop stick to gently push up and through the bottom hole and rock it around a bit to unblock clogs that can happen with condensed soils.
Thanks. Really hadn't thought about how to loosen it up.
Will Do!
