Picked up this olive yesterday. It was in a broken nursery plastic pot so they moved it with what they could fit to a bonsai pot . Is fhat a risk as its early winter here. Tree has nicer dead wood still to be cleaned to show more and potential trunk under soil still. Not a fan of the branches how would u handle the top. Also does the fact that the tree has reduced live vein on the trunk mean that tree will be slower to grow branches ?
