New posts of "my watched threads"

It is possible to see only the new posts of my 'watched' forums? If I press the "New Posts" button I also see all the posts in threads I'm not watching (I just see them all).

Yeah but it opens a list of the forums u watch, and u can only manage the method how you want to watch them, and not see new posts in the selected forums.

*edit: In the title I meant the watched forums and not the threads, if you click "new posts" button you list all the new posts of all the forums. I want to exclude some forums from the new posts button, because it's like 10 pages sometimes.
