These are the first hand made pots I have purchased. I bought them all at the Nashville show last weekend from niteowl studios. The second one is a 10" round and the other is an oval 11" x 9" front and back.

I think a korean hornbeam in the round and a Japanese maple in the oval.

The glaze on the oval is particularly nice. I can envision it supporting several really nice trees. By the way can you tell us alittle about Niteowl studios?

Both of these pots grabbed by attention right away. The potter is John Cannon of niteowl studios. He makes the large pots while his partner (sorry can't remember her name) makes the small ones along with other fanciful items in clay.

John can be reached at niteowlstudios@yahoo.com

Located in Southern Illinois and a good guy. He does commissioned pieces also.

Go Salukis!!
