Hello all, I have been reading and reading and taking in as much info as my brain can manage to handle, and now I believe I'm ready to participate in some discussions. I live in Arkansas, pretty much the last place you'll see many bonsai enthusiasts. I have fallen for the art and discipline of caring for these trees/shrubs. I would just like to introduce myself to the forums and share a little of what I'm into. I have been growing stock and caring for trees for about a year now. I have a few JBP, several different types of juniper, and too many acres to count lol. I will post pictures as soon as I can figure that part out :)
Just thought I'd say hi before I start gettin into everything. I hope to learn and share a lot. Thanks!!!

Welcome to B-Nut! Good job stating your location right away...it really helps. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Thanks rockm, I have heard about the maumelle club, and had no clue about the hot springs one. Although my work schedule is crazy to say the least... 16 hour days and no real set schedule, so I'm kind of a loner by default. That's one of the many reasons I signed up here (the forums). Oh and just reread a typo error in my message, I have a ton of acers/maples... Not acres; I wish tho lol. Thanks, berobinson82, I'll try to refrain from any punch drinking... Or at least the red stuff :)
