This time of year is bonsai madness for me. I cannot help myself when I see a nice tree and so I am constantly upgrading my collection. Here is a very nice Wakaebisu Azalea from Soh-Ju-En, They sell very nice imported trees there. You really get your money's worth. This tree is about nine inches tall and about as big around as the soda can.

Yes they do sell online and constantly update their stock. Two thumbs up.

If I ever did an azalea it would be wakeabisu. I love the coloration, and I have heard that if they are happy they will bloom twice! Nice little tree...:D

Wakaebisu is very nice I have one large one, my favorite two flowers though are Nyohozan and Chojuho which are both a lot less common.

I have a couple of these and like them a lot.

On this one, you need to think what you are going to do with those very large, very low branches. They're really out of proportion and seem to mess up that excellent lower trunk.

I will remove the lowest left branch for sure, I am not yet decided about the others.
