I've had one for many years. It never bloomed until the last 2 years, no explanation. Congrats!

Same with me Carol, I bought many from Florida and California while they all were blooming, and after that they never bloomed again here in MD, and I put them in the sun too. So frustrated.

I have about 25 Desert Roses. I start fertilizing with 10-10-10 granular (once a month) early in the spring. All of mine usually have plenty of blooms. Some grown in cactus soil and some grown in Napa 8822 with a little pine bark in it. I was lucky enough to have two of them develop seed pods this year.
