I recently ordered a Japanese maple arakawa and was super excited... tree was shipped with Canada post and arrived with lower beaches broken off, top branches broken off and extremely loose in the pot. I am nursing her back to health and it is still pushing growth but now I see these white dots. Anyone have any ideas what this is?

With as rough of shipping with the damage. Was this packaged in peanuts? I am leaning towards what Sorce thinks. You get peanut dust even with a good shipping experience.
