I picked up this Olive from a local nursery, has a pretty cool twin trunk thinking I'll plant it out to thicken it up a bit over a couple of years then I should have a really nice tree.20180316_165455.jpg20180316_165446.jpg20180316_165451.jpg

Thanks for the update.
Maybe is better to wait with the repoting until the summer, when the tree will be actively growing.
Until then, as much sun as possible.
I don't know what plans you have for the design, but in the pictures I see several branches growing to the inside. When the tree will be in full foliage they won't receive enough sun and will be weak, more of a burden to the tree, not an asset. Maybe you can cut them now, before they aill be bigger and leave a bigger scar on the trunk?

I've still not decided if I want to thicken the trunk or design it as it is. Think I'll bare root it when the weather is better and see what lies under the soil line and decide from there. Yes there are lots of branches that need to be removed and I will remove some of them when I repot
