Hey nuts.
What is the problem with this olive? Is it lack of potassium?
Thanks

Most of the problems with Olives its keeping them too wet, they need a lot of aireation and free draining soil. How is the soil? When it was repoted las time?

I agree, possible has been kept too wet. When too wet, root tips die, can't take up nutrients. As more roots die, leaves will yellow and drop.

Allow it to dry a little between watering, then after some normal leaves sprout, begin with half strength fertilizer.

Are the pics 2 different trees? Close up shows long new shoots but the others show a tree with no long shoots?
The symptoms appear different on each tree. The long growth shows chlorosis on older leaves while newer leaves near the tips are OK. The other 2 pics show tip growth is affected. Those symptoms usually result from different factors and that may be confusing the issue a bit.

If you suspect nutrient deficiency tell us about the fertilization program for both trees over the past year please.
Where do the trees usually live? (outdoors? full sun? afternoon shade? wind? etc)
Any changes to care or location?
Any unusual weather events in the past 6 months?
Most of us are probably not familiar with the climate or weather of Turkey or Izmir. Maybe let us know if it is cold winters or warmer, hot, dry summer or higher humidity?

The symptoms are not always absolutely indicative so the more you can tell us about where and how the tree(s) have been kept the better chance of coming up with an answer.
