Not sure if something like this exists but whenever I need to move bigger trees, I find myself saying ‘I wish I had a shoulder strap for a little extra help’. Is there something that exists on the market that is a front loading shoulder strap? Something like this but not quite -

If we are on the topic of baby carriers, I would have recommended a variety called a “meh dai” — an apron-style Chinese carrier that can tie over your shoulders like a front facing backpack.

But you could also just spring for this and modify to your liking: https://rapidswholesale.com/multi-p...FMW3mpNnDWi5_6AkGtMYuyNCwbRj0SuhoCvGgQAvD_BwE
I wasn't sure a meh dai style would quite meet OP's needs, and I always found the tangle of straps frustrating, but it is versatile.

If we're thinking a vendor's sling, one could be made as simply as putting straps on grow box.
