Well, in fairness, it's the neighbor's lawn. He does a great job. I own about 3 feet past the cucumber trellis.
I'm liking the open version more and more.
If you can get it to have a base like a 5 or 6 legged Eiffel tower, that would be awesome.

I believe when we stop to pause on the species itself. The open gives a natural feel...where say another species would look peculiar. Final image is great on the last images.

The see through is not at viewing angle.

It looks like the water level is low...like...a drought, or summer.

Use appropriate accents.

I think I'll keep the two openings. They really can't be seen from the same angle now. I like different features of a tree to reveal themselves as you move around it. The big split in the top will be off center and best viewed froma few degrees to one side. Ya gotta make people work for the best view!
