I am currently in the market for a decent Korean hornbeam and I think the one for sale is okay. Might pay $200-250 for it, would definitely bite at $150, but not at $500-700.

I'd also bite at $150. While we're dreaming, I'd like some farm fresh organic eggs for 25 cents a dozen.

A benefit of being from Korea no doubt. I bet a Rocky Mountain Juniper would be expensive in Korea. Another check in the "pros" column for using native material. Saying that, I love Korean Hornbeam and have a forest planned so I should not talk :).
