Here's a hot tip for next years set-ups.
Don't pack the big trees in front of the small ones! I could be scraping away the frozen mulch and getting trees out now if I could get to them. Big guys are still frozen to ground and small ones are encased in semi frozen sogginess for longer than I like.
Also don't let your neighbour snowblow his walk onto the tree bed, you are left with an icecap supported only by trees when the lighter snow melts out from underneath. Not good unless you like to have tree tops torn from trunks!
