Picea Abies dying

Been growing without issues until recently. Don't know why. Watered 1 - 2 time daily. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry to say this, but that little tree is dead. We all kill trees. Better luck next time!

Being kept indoors is a reliable cause of death for temperate evergreens among others. Also, it is was likely kept too wet.
