Hi guys!
Second flush looks nice. Next year buds are there, even few for old wood.
I still have it in the pot I bought it. In September I will reduce the foliage and maybe pot it in a pond basket.

When I the best time for wire and how long is better to keep the wire on?

Fine wiring can be done most anytime, though I prefer to wait until the new foliage is all hardened and old needles are obvious or have nearly all fallen). Heavy/structural wiring is okay to do Aug/Sep.

Do whatever wiring you are going to do BEFORE you repot = just a general 'rule'.

However, if you are going to significantly reduce foliage don't repot, because foliage is what powers root recovery! Choose which is more important to do this year: reduce foliage or repot.
