I'm thinking, this fall, of working with this Norway Spruce i've had sitting in a pot . Young nursery stock maybe 4 yrs old. Dwarf cultivar. Plenty of material to choose from. Loaded with buds. Any thoughts?

It looks like quality material. Thanks for sharing!

It might be easier to offer suggestions, if we had 1-2 shots in profile -- to best view the trunk line and branch structure. If you're able to do so, it would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Trunk line with graft. Some inverse taper where the root stock was cut off . Will have to be dealt with at some point

I don't really have anything to add on your tree, but would like to know what anybody else has to say about the species. I picked one up a few weeks back at a garden center to mess with and the foliage looks smaller than yours. I don't know anything about spruce and would like to hear tips advice etc...

and OP, good luck with yours.
