So.. a friend collected some 75 junipers half a decade ago. He was fed up with the hassle of selling them off, and we made a bulk deal. So together with two friends we got a van and drove over to pick up the last 16, as practice material for our three-person 'bonsai club' ;).

Looks like loads of fun evenings, repotting, cleaning, grafting, wiring.

... ' wished, I could have joined your club for this great opportunity ...
Cool material, lots of fun guranteed ... (and the chance to good bonsai of course as well) ...
sometimes bonsai is team-play ...
and that is very, very good this way ...

Sorry.. We were nearer to you; Had to drive quite a bit further north.

Yeah, the three of us teamed up. All wanting to go further than local clubs can offer. So we now intent to have at least monthly meetups, bring in some artists and just practicce skills, from the ground up.

Nice Jelle, I doubted to buy one last year at Bonsai van het westen and craft it with itogawa. The movement at the bases off this tree's are very promising. Have fun, good buy.👍

Even better or did you had too lissen to his songs?!??!? 😁
Haha, no, I did not have to listen to hist songs. I already picked up a few of his trees in the past, been many times to his place. So it truely was a friend-doing-a-friend-a-favour-price. Both happy.
