Pine tree art

It started out as a basic pencil sketch. Photoshop works wonders for coloring. I then chose a 'sunset' gradient for the background, and then cutting it out into an oval shape. I think it catches the eye well.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm using Photoshop Elements 6. It's basically a dumbed down version of the actual program. I call it "poor man's Photoshop". But hey, it works! I've been playing around with PS6 for a few years, and even for a basic program, it can be quite difficult to use. I normally sketch in black and white, but color really brings things to life.

That's a cool drawing! Keep it up! You're very artistic. Combine that with some good horticultural skills and you'll make good bonsai.
