Does anyone know anything about this mugo other then its a slow grower i.e. is it good bonsai material?

'Slow Mound' is a dwarf mugo. It does not have a strong tendency to produce a leader, it will grow more horizontal than vertical.

Care same as for other mugo.

Read through the tutorial on Mugo, in the Tutorial, Archive sub forum on BNut. Also read the "All Aboard the Mugo Train" thread under Pines sub forum, all your questions should be answered.
