The goji berry I'm working. The afternoon sun toasted it's foliage last year. So my other bench was morning sun. Which you can see offered up large foliage. Really thinking this species isn't for me. I pondered the lower stoop of this bench in full afternoon sun. More so direct than the other attempt of afternoon sun. Might it offer protection yet sun? Well...I noticed today new growth and nice normal size foliage coming on. I say I know now where it is finally happy. So maybe the species might grow on me.
