Gor this nursery Lebanese cedar, nothing crazy but a fair butressing base which I'm.hoping will have a bit more under soil. Trunk is rather straight and I'm fine with that as I'm in for a formal upright which I don't have in my collection.
Yet the thick side branch is also a chance for multiple trunks and multiple apices which is normal growth for Lebanese cedar.
Recommendation is to repot cedar early spring right before bud push which so far I haven't had luck with most probably as our weather is a bit warmer. I normally repotted cedars in March April and had high loss rate, this year experimented with few cedar trees repot in Feb march so if my succes rate is higher I'll repot it Feb next year or else Dec-Jan...
My questions are the following:
Shoot for formal upright and remove thick sode branch
or
keep it as second truck and multiple Alice's or potentially jin main trunk or it in future....

Multiple branches at same levels as in pics l, remove now or leave them for more foliage mass and better energy for tree this year so it's more ready for repot next year, in case I keep them it'll be 2 years before I can remove them as I'm repotting next year would I get swelling in 2 years time typically ?

Any other suggestion on styling or plan would be appreciated
