I have some left over fertilizer that I used to grow plants in a freshwater aquarium and was wondering if these could be mixed together for use with bonsai. Anyone have any experience with these?

List of what I have:
Potassium Nitrate [KNO3]
Magnesium Nitrate Mg[NO3]2
Magnesium Sulfate [MgSO4]
Mono Potassium Phosphate [KH2PO4]
Potassium Sulfate [K2SO4]

Plantex CSM+B
Total magnesium(water soluble chelated mg) ......... 1.5%
Copper(chelated).................................................. 0.1%
Iron (chelated)..................................................... 7.0%
Manganese(chelated)............................................ 2.0%
Molybdenum........................................................0.06%
Zinc(chelated).....................................................0.40%
Boron ................................................................3.8%
EDTA - minimum content......................................65.4%

Thanks!

I have similar products.
The plantex stuff looks like a good trace element source. For both foliar applications as well as soil drenches.

The other salts can be used, but in moderation. It's strong stuff at low doses.

I wouldn’t risk it. In an aquarium you are mixing the ferts with many gallons of water.
Did you get rid of your tanks?
Start a pond tub this summer. You can use it outside. BA8A18F1-F7E0-44A4-98D7-A931E344A4A9.jpeg
Just started this one a couple months ago.

You can use it. It’s just a matter of doing the calculations so you don’t overfertilize.
