I'm extremely new to Bonsai, ive been involved for around a month. As one might expect i am far from able to look at a given tree and ID it on the spot, although ive been able to identify my other trees with help from the internet (sadly ive had to get all my trees from Lowes and they dont tell you the species). With the exception of this one. I grabbed from Lowes Yesterday, and cannot seem to find anything similar in the guides i use. Im fairly certain its some kind of Juniper, but i could be wrong on even that. There is one photo i will include that shows a piece of my blue star juniper next to the new tree for comparison. Blue star juniper is on the bottom in that pic. Thanks so much in advance.
