Roots on the right side of the picture are dead and rotting. Heavy and poorly draining soil, kept too wet, leads to root rot. Remove the rotting roots and repot in a well draining mix.

Ty So much guys :D
I knew I cant do anything :D my be the soil is not well-drained , i guess i need to repot it in spring and remove the dead part , yeah???

Is it harmful for that to let the dead part be there for next 2 months ? or i should cut the dead parts instantly

I would cut the dead part away now. You could even repot now, but I think I would just watch the watering for now.

Great opportunity to get rid of the ugly root - or simply buy a better bonsai tree.

Buy a better Bonsai, or at least get a regular Ficus without the tubers. Anything looks better than a Ginseng Ficus.
