I lived in Fountain for a while, the Springs and up in the Ute Pass in Green Mountain Falls in the early 90's. Was there last Feb and I'll be back in April this year. I did landscaping back then so I've been all over town, though it was a little different after almost thirty years!!!

Went on a school trip with the kids yesterday to an aquarium and then the beach for lunch. The noise level was mental, who would be a teacher.
Still it was interesting.
Not sure what this one is but it's a nice wildflower.
I'd love to go back to this area and walk around, there are acres and acres of amazing windswept pines everywhere. Unfortunately didn't get many pics of them but way cool.
Not sure what this chappy is either, looks pineish but with thorns. This was growing near a bunch of wild rosemary too.
Still it was interesting.
