Hi

I've never had the Midget on the road as it needs some welding, My left knee got bad and needed replacing, I got a bit done beforehand but it became too painful!, I then had to have the other replaced as it was doing all the work due to pain in the left one!, My son wants the Midget now so really, I have to get it out and carry on with the work, It's one of the rubber bumper (fender) models, They're going down the dump, I'm hoping to get some 3" diameter stainless steel ones made up to replace them, Or go bumperless but the suspension will need dropping then as the car raises up when those horrible big lumps of rubber reinforced with 1/4"steel plate are removed, They weigh in heavy!!

Colin in the Tank pic is my aunt's brother in law (Or was, Her hubby died years ago), He was a burner at a scrap yard, They reduced loads of decomissioned Military tracked vehicles for recycling, He told me he'd be burning through a part when there would be a bang!, A stray bullet that was dropped inside and lodged out of sight suddenly went off due to the heat from the Oxy Propane cutter!!:eek:😂

Colin is the big lad at the rear!

Here's another art piece from my works, A local artist was commissioned to make this image of Pan, He actually had an, er, you could tell it was male but a customer complained so he was emasculated! ☹(They wouldn't play around with Michelangelo's 'David' in such a way 😡 )

From memory, The cost was £16,000, Have to say, I love it but it was spoilt when part of it was removed 😠

John 👍

That’s an incredible story! (Colin)

And that is DEFINITELY sad about that piece’s .... “loss”

I don’t look it anymore, but punk-rock is a “part” of my soul... I just can’t get rid of it.... if someone had complained about it (And it was my piece), I would’ve replaced it.. but...
Bigger! More Veiny! Throw a studded collar on it!

Would I go out of business?...Maybe.

😂😂😂

Giant Bell... bonsai(esque) soil/small pot...

The leaves AND peppers reduced nicely...

Not REALLY a “small pot”... just comparatively to what this plant truly desires..

I’ve never ridden right-hand drive.. but left would still be your “clutching leg”, right?

That’s an effin’ shame. :( Sorry to hear...

I have to use manual focus to take these pics, My eyes aren't what they were so I have to click the shutter loads of times whils moving the focus slightly! (It's no fun gettin' old but it beats the alternative!! 😳😃

Here's the camera and lens I used, I have a 2x multiplier fitted in this pic, Can't recall if I used it or not!

These two pics were taken with the D40 standard 18-55mm auto lens and then the 500 manual lens, It's a 42mm attachment so I had to buy a T2 ring with the Nikon fit!

John 👍
I'd hang up a dangling panhandle as a way of comically protesting the removal.

John :)

Your youngest son has dynamite facial hair!

Also... those bricks behind your boss look JUST like the bricks in the “huber pod” of Kewaunee Co. Jail.....

...from what I hear. 😬

I know that in the UK... the term “garden” just applies to greenspace behind where you live.. or “yard”..

But DANG!!!!

THAT is a garden!

It looks like a slasher has been through at the moment as I had to reduce the hedges, They were way too high, I had to stand on 8' steps to cut the top, Taken them down to around five feet now, It made me realise that i'm not as young as I used to be!! 😳

There's another greenhouse behind the one that can be seen, Then further down under the trees, A garden shed 👍
