Ponytail babies

I have a old ponytail palm that was given to me one Christmas several years ago I have it in a large type ceramic pot I noticed today it has 3 shoots coming up at the outer edge of the tree. What I am wondering is how can I make new trees out of these three I dont know if there is a way or not I am not a professional bonsai person I would appreciate any advice.

Just to let anyone out there who might be interested know I have succesfully tranplanted all of my ponytail babies and all of them are looking good so far best of luck to anyone who attempts this it was not as difficult as I thaught it would be.
